I have been teaching maths in schools since 1992, preparing students for GCSEs and A-Levels since that time. I was head of maths in Ridgewood School, Doncaster before moving onto a leadership role responsible for curriculum and timetable at Hemsworth Academy. Although I have privately tutored children throughout my career, I have now moved solely into tutoring as my profession. This gives me more time to focus on individual students and to spend my time doing what I love most - helping maths make sense for others.

I am currently supporting four local academies, working with their students preparing for SAT and GCSE examinations and I also mark GCSEs each summer as an examiner for the Edexcel exam board.

 

When I'm not teaching maths you'll probably find me with my family (we have two grown up childen now!) or walking in the woods with my beloved Rumanian rescue dog Loulou and her crazy little spaniel sister Mila :-)
