Angie is just amazing! Not only is she a maths genius, but she completely understands and can relate to her students. Within only a couple of sessions she had successfully rekindled my son's motivation for his A-Level maths. Covid and lockdowns had stolen much of his drive previuosly. Angie's encouragement, enthusiasm and very focussed approach worked wonders for embedding his understanding. She took the time to go through completed homework assignments and every lesson was then tailored specifically to areas which required additional support. As a parent it was lovely to read the weekly feedback and see preogress shared each session. I would recommend Angie without hesitation.

Josh has always liked Maths but was not being stretched at school to the extent that he really started to dislike the subject and started to switch off. I heard about Angie and decided to give tutoring a try. I can honestly say we haven't looked back - from his first session his enthusiasm is back. Angie has pushed Josh to achieve his best by engaging him in discussions and encouraging him to contribute and think problems through. He is now taking A Level maths, which I don't think would have happened if Angie hadn't rekindled his love of Maths. Josh tells me that Angie is an engaging teacher and makes sessions fun. I would say whatever your child's ability they would benefit from her tutoring to allow them to achieve their potential.

Excellent weekly tuition intitially securing basic skills and moving onto higher level maths. Engaging lessons where our son gained the confidence to risk take and believe he could succeed with the strategies clearly explained and modelled. Angie has high expectations and a nurturing manner that even through lockdown had our son eager to participate in his lessons. Homework set after each lesson was pitched well to either consolidate or deepen learning. Weekly progress reports were sent to ensure we knew exactly what he had been working on and keep us thoroughly updated on his progress and next steps.

We cannot recommend Angie enough and can't wait for her to start tutroing our younger son. This has been a positive experience. Thank you x

My Daughter Grace started having weekly sessions with Angie in her final year of GCSE's. The progress and confidence gained was invaluable, which resulted in her going from a predicted Grade 3 to achieving a fantastic Grade 5, the highest she could gain on the lower tier paper. Grace really enjoed her lessons with Angie and this showed in her commitment to succeeding :-)

Angie has been tutoring my daughter since September 2020 with her GCSE Maths. My daughter asked for some help as she was struggling to keep up and was not really enjoying the subject. Angie has been absolutely amazing, she helps to build confidence and provides her students with the tools and understanding to work through problems methodically. My daughter has learnt many new ways to tackle difficult questions which she hadn't been taught at school. Angie is an excellent teacher. My son has come on leaps and bounds with her. She has lots of experience and patience and has helped my son's confidence in all areas of maths. She makes it easy to understand and also fun. We would highly recommend Angela's on line method of teaching as it's just as effective as a face to face lesson.

Angie is an excellent maths tutor and her enthusiasm for solving maths problems is evident. She encourages students to stretch themselves whilst giving the appropriate level of support and teaching for them to learn. My daughter aged 14 has been home-schooled since September 2020. Angie was recommended for private tutoring to help my daughter reach her GCSE next summer.
